The Life Work of Gerhard Reisch encompasses his contribution to the development of Humanity and its communities of culture, of human beings and their schooling and the practise of humanity and its Healing Spirit.
The Gerhard Reisch Foundation is convinced that the accessibilty of pictures and writings through digital as well as physical archiving and publication should be sustainably supported and accompanied. Over time his Life Work has reached 44 countries around the Earth through high quality reproduction of his pictures and writings, at first lithographically and now via the process of digital technology.
The considerable editorial as also technical preparation and maintenance which is required, so that an pictures and writings are ready to print and to be made available as publications, but also to be sustained on this website, requies continual financial sponsorship. Since many years friends of the Life Work of Gerhard Reisch have made this possible through taxt deductable gifts great and small. Such sponsorship has enabled the Gerhard Reisch Foundation to economically manage, in the charitable sense, i. a. the reproduction of the pictures and the writings through contemporary media with tolerable retail prices.
Since 2000 friends have become godparents to individual images of their choice, sometimes even as groups. In grateful recognition, godparents receive a high quality colour print of their chosen picture. There are now many pictures with a godparent, some indeed with several. Some pictures are still seeking a godparent. The designation of pictures with godparents is updated annually in the archive. The Gerhard Reisch Foundation does not reveal the names of godparents; however, it is most encouraging when friends share this which each other.
